Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Customers will be notified once the order is scheduled for delivery.

Delivery typically takes 3-7 working days within Johor Bahru and nearby areas (including backgroundSkudai, Pasir Gudang, Kulai, and Gelang Patah).
For outstation deliveries, the delivery time may vary depending on the destination and transport arrangements.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling fees generally start from RM60 within Johor Bahru and nearby areas.
For outstation deliveries, charges vary depending on the item type, quantity, and delivery destination. Buyers are encouraged to discuss the delivery arrangements and charges with the seller before confirming the order.
4. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by movers, courier companies, customs clearance, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
However, we will do our best to assist in resolving any delivery-related issues.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility
As our items are used furniture and appliances, customers should note that minor wear and imperfections are expected.
We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee, and returns are not accepted unless there is a serious issue with the product, such as broken or missing parts that affect its usability.

3. Return & Refund Process
